919810 - Assistant Site Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Assistant Site Manager for a position based in the North of Scotland

The main purpose of the role will be the role will be to support the Site Manager in the day to day operations of the site.

Duties and responsbilities

  • Liaise with the service and installatio manager regarding all aspects of production
  • Liaise with customers regarding progress and timescales
  • Ensure all paperwork, weekly reports, timesheets and purchase orders are returned on time
  • Liaise with buyer and stock controller
  • Responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of site
  • Ensure site complies with health and safety regulations
  • Responsible for the manufacturing and construction of products liaising with project manager/ buyer
  • Meet financial and production targets
  • Deliver on time according to schedule and budget
  • Operate QA system and good stock control
  • Any other duties as directed by managment

This is a permanent position

The salary for this position is negotiable
