Orion Group are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to work with our multinational Healthcare client in Buckinghamshire.

The role is an initial 12 month contract position.

The Role:

  • Execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations, in line with Strategic Goals.
  • Monitors implementation of brand strategy and makes adjustments as needed.
  • Develops strategy for uncovering market opportunities
  • To support all elements of the Marketing Mix
  • Responsible for support in delivering against the digital strategy
  • Conference, exhibition and event planning
  • Develop and track metrics of success
  • Main point of contact for the field sales force
  • Communicate marketing plans and campaign updates across departments
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Prepare & deliver reports on brand & sales performance.
  • Creation & Planning of Training programme
  • Maintain & improve Quality of training
  • Lead/coordinate a cross-functional team
  • Drive training needs assessments

Job requirements/Experience

2-3 years of business experience, of which at least 1 demonstrates marketing experience. Background in Life Science (Pharma or Medical Devices) would be preferred.

Education:

Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent degree. CIM qualifications an advantage but not essential.
