A leading provider of business and financial services support to a range of clients is seeking an Assistant Audit Manager for their offices in Weybridge.

The successful Assistant Audit Manager will be ACA/ACCA qualified, with demonstrable experience in Audit and come from a practice background.

The role requires the successful Assistant Audit Manager to:

  • Assist in the management of audits
  • Assist in managing the manager's portfolio of clients ie review audit work and finalisation and filing of accounts
  • Fulfil the role of an Audit Senior when required - completing files to manager/partner
  • Assist with adhoc administration needs as and when they arise


  • Client liaison - making arrangements for annual audit
  • Pre audit documents and correspondence
  • Audit planning
  • Management of audit team
  • Fieldwork and review audit file
  • Completion of audit files where necessary
  • Clear partner review points
  • Client/Partner liaison regarding finalisation and sign off
  • Bills for audit
  • Job performance monitoring

Audit Senior duties

  • Conduct audit work - preparing files for review
  • Assisting with final client pack and filing of accounts/tax documents
