Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Asset Maintenance Scheduler, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities will include:
Manage maintenance MOC process and timely implementation of MOCs.
Optimise maintenance schedules for 14, 28 and 90 day plans, including projects and modifications.
Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs with special attention to backlogs and risk assessments.
Facilitate maintenance budget planning.
Support TAR preparation and coordination.
Monitor and facilitate maintenance critical purchase orders.
Manage PSV certification cycle.
Facilitate flexible hose inspection and replacement program.
Act as maintenance focal point between offshore and onshore/ head office locations.
Provide detailed reporting for maintenance.
Support RM process where and when required

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or relevant education in project management.
Extensive relevant experience in maintenance preparation, planning and execution.
Considerable experience in a maintenance organisation.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Computer literacy for maintenance systems, reporting tools.
Awareness of the safety culture in Oil & Gas industry.
Good understanding of a multicultural, 24/7 production environment.
Willingness to regularly travel (offshore and to other offices).
Valid survival certificate and offshore medical (plus any other industry standard pre-requisites to travel offshore).
