The Role

Reporting to the International S&OP Manager and requiring close collaboration with senior Brand Marketing managers, Finance managers, and with a network of Supply Chain colleagues around the world this role will ensure that our client achieves the target return onproducts by controlling supply to each market in line with quotas agreed by Marketing and Finance.

The integrity and quality of allocations control is critical to customer service, and the management of the supply chain.

Outcomes/Success Criteria

  • Maximise utilisation of allocated product. Target >95%
  • Total integrity between documented allocation decisions, the allocation database and SAP APO.
  • Clear communication and alignment of the organisation to a single version of the truth.
  • Effective co-ordination of regular reviews with operational and commercial teams.

Additional Qualifications and Experience


  • Fluent user of MS Excel at intermediate level, focussed on merging and manipulating large data sets (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot, IF).
  • Experience of using SAP or similar ERP platform.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management methods including MRP and supply network planning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across functions and at different levels of seniority.


  • Experienced user of SAP APO GATP, SAP HANA and SAP Analysis for Excel.
  • Experience of supply, production or demand planning.
  • Advanced Excel user (e.g. PowerPivot)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
