Orion Group Sciences are looking for an Administrator for our client based in Little Island, Cork. This is a permanent role.


Job Purpose

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a team player and somebody willing to show initiative. A thorough and methodical approach to your work is imperative and a proven track record in dealing with the public would be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities of the role

  • The role of Administrator will involve a broad range of both administration and reception duties including:

-Scanning and filing documents

-Ordering stationary and maintaining stock levels

-Covering both reception and our showroom

-Diary management of our external staff, where you will arrange appointments for the Sales and fitting staff

-Act as the first point of contact for the company, answering all calls, responding by letter, phone and email

Desired Experience and Background of the successful candidate

  • Recent and relevant experience as an administrator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative skills with the ability to input information accurately
  • Be confident in your computer literacy and be proficient in prioritising tasks accordingly
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure is essential
