Maternity Cover - 9 months+

Location - Dunfermline

Rate - competitive

Our client, a successful industrial equipment provider is seeking to source a capable Administrator for an extended maternity leave role to work within their vibrant admin support team.

Ideal candidate will have confident communication skills, able to work on own initiative and have solid IT ability particularly in Excel as role will require pivot tables and advanced reporting.

The role is working closely with both Purchasing and Sales Departments and will involve the following duties:

  • Checking accurate pricing of goods on computerized stock system
  • Data Analysis and running statistical reports
  • Checking order status and shipping timeframes for customers
  • Running Excel reports
  • Checking marketing information accurate against competitors details
  • Customer interaction and update via email
  • Pricing catalogue review and update
  • General admin support and data entry
