Job description

We have a current opportunity for Administrator to engage on a long term civil construction project based in Perth.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience within a construction site would be advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Duties to include but not limited to:

- Supporting technical team with admin support
- Answering incoming calls and supporting with enquiries / taking messages via email as well
- Keeping all client records up to date & filing project work
- Assisting with Health & Safety / Quality Assurance tasks such as Risk Assessments / Method Statements
- Assisting with day-to-day admin tasks and ad-hoc project work as and when needed
