Administrator

18 months+

Hybrid working - 3 office/2 home

Salary to £22,000 per annum + benefits

Location - Birchwood Genesis Centre, Warrington, WA3 7BH

Our client, a successful and expanding technical support business is seeking to appoint a versatile Administrator to support their Operations Team for 18 months+.

The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced administration support environment, have finance/invoicing knowledge and be competent in IT packages as well as providing a first-class customer service experience to their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing admin support to the Operations Team
  • Dealing efficiently with customer enquiries
  • Providing customers with regular workflow updates
  • Conducting customer file reviews and updating customer database on a daily basis
  • Learning client operational systems including finance and invoicing processes
  • Ensure that government rules and regulations are adhered to
  • The successful candidate will be trained in certification procedures to enable them to assist in internal and external audits

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a finance administration environment desirable
  • Strong IT skills including all MS Office Products and Teams
  • Good attention to deal
  • Confident in the preparation of reports
  • Able to work with databases
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-starter with good organisation skills
  • Experience of using CRM system an advantage
