Job Title: Administrative Clerk II
Number of Openings: 1
Location: Edmonton, AB T6P 11

Hours: Approx. 8-4:30 M-F
Job Type: Contract (6+ months)

Must-Have Qualifications:
* Must have at least 3-4 years of experience (Experience within the manufacturing community is preferred. We are not looking for entry-level candidates)
* Must have HS Diploma


* Shipping Coordinator experience - this role is heavily focused on shipping and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (required for related activities).
* Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or SAP enterprise systems.
* Experience in a manufacturing (MFG) setting, particularly in administrative duties related to planning, logistics, and shipping coordination.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
* Excel proficiency - experience in managing large volumes of data.

Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks):
* Drive work order packaging using JD Edwards enterprise system.
* Create work orders, print documents, pull drawings, and create work packages.
* Manage the closing of work orders once work is completed on the floor.
* Heavy focus on shipping coordinator tasks.
* Follow up on and organize shipping activities.
* Support planning/logistics team with tasks such as work orders and shipments.
* Handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
* Perform invoicing tasks.
* Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Additional experience supporting a planning/logistics team in a manufacturing environment.
