Global leader in power solutions is seeking a temporary Administration Assistant for their Stafford offices.

The role is available immediately until mid August 2017, therefore you must be available for the full duration of the assignment.

The successful Administration Assistant will be required to provide comprehensive, reliable and confidential support to the Project Team Director and the team.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organise meetings - to include UK and overseas attendees
  • Book meeting rooms and organise refreshments, keeping a log of costs
  • Organise appointments and logistics for customers/visitors
  • Book flights and hotel accommodation, process VISA applications
  • Organise transport to/from airports
  • Diary management
  • Update welcome board
  • Meet and Greet
  • Administer time and attendance system and holiday approval system
  • Assist with administration issues
  • Raise requisitions via EASY/SAP
  • Ensure company procedures are adhered to at all times

The successful Administrative Assistant will be highly organised, methodical, quick thinker, have a sense of urgency and have the ability to multitask. You will be professional and polite with clear and concise communication skills.

Excellent IT skills are essential - MS Office and SAP (preferred but not essential)
