Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the respective management.
Support client's Directorate/ Department Heads in meeting scheduling, travel planning, and other administrative tasks
Screen telephone calls and visitors, answer questions, obtain and provide information pertaining to Directorate/ Department Head availability
Schedule appointments, prepare agenda, and coordinate arrangements for meetings
If needed, prepare, screen and communicate meeting minutes, reports, and other business documents to Directorate/ Department Head
Follow-up with other Departments on next steps and requirements as per the meeting minutes
Prepare travel arrangements and accommodation
Organize and forward files to decentralized document controllers or conduct document management, if required.
Complete purchase requisitions or other procurement related activities, if required.
Conduct office inventory management, if required
Conduct any other administrative tasks as required. .
Prepare letters and emails for the respective management, as directed
Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented. .

High School preferably with a Diploma in a suitable discipline
1 - 3 years of secretarial experience
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
At least business-level command of English (and Arabic preferred), written and spoken
Proven skills in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong computer and organization skills.
