Currently seeking an experienced Administrator for an international energy company. The role is based near Uxbridge and is a 12 month contract position, covering for maternity leave.

You will be providing exemplary administrative support to the project development team. The role will involve both internal and external interaction with local and global companies within the energy sector.


  • Diary and Travel management
  • Arranging meetings both internally and externally
  • Attend, record and follow up actions at Team Weekly Meetings
  • Organise and attend workshops, events and team building activities
  • Prepare Key Performance Indicator material
  • Prepare presentation material
  • Prepare newsletters
  • Organise new starters and leavers, maintain manpower spreadsheets, floor plans and organisation charts
  • Collate, edit and distribute reports and documents
  • Screen phone calls
  • Maintain monthly timesheets
  • Prepare and submit expenses
  • Update intranet
  • Create and process purchase requisitions, invoices, and service entries
  • Cover other Departmental Administrators when required

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational skills essential
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service / people skills
  • Must be able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills required - all Microsoft packages essential as well as expertise in Livelink, SAP, Concur, ActionBase and Web Content Management.
