A Financial Services company is currently seeking an Administrator to support to the operations team and reception for their office based in the heart of the City of London. The role is a stone's throw away from Liverpool Street Station. The role would be suited to someone with administrative and IT skills who thrives in working in busy and demanding environments.

The role is a full time, permanent position for a professional who has some administrative experience.

Ideally, you will have 9 months to a years' experience, with a high accuracy of data entry and attention to detail.

Key Accountabilities

* Provide administrative support across the Operations department

* Answer the phone, scan documents, photocopy, verify and certify documents

* Enter client data and upload relevant documents on to system

* Quality check mortgage offers

* Liaise between the operations and sales team as necessary

* Cover reception as and when required

* Data entry (essential)

Key Competencies

* Good communication skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office

* Work well with deadlines

* Good organisation skills

* Strong IT and written skills

* Ability to work within a team and autonomously

* Attention to detail

Ideally seeking a candidate who is available immediately or on short notice, interviews 19th February!
