Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Administration Assistant, based in Aberdeen.

* Calendar administration/email support
* Administer access (IT systems, building, distribution lists, SAP, team support)
* Communications (emails, visual aids, boards)
* IT (Office 365 - teams, planner etc., SAP)
* Various computer packages - full training will be given - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP - general purchasing and requisitioning support
* O365 Teams and Sharepoint meeting preparation and follow up
* Meetings (organise, administer agendas, scribe, action follow up)
* Greeting clients/visitors
* Filing, photocopying, printing and binding
* Book taxis, couriers and travel requirements - unless this is done by reception
* Schedule meetings, booking rooms, order lunch
* Events coordination such as off sites, teambuildings, annual parties
* Maintaining electronic filing systems
* Holiday calendars

Experience & Qualifications:
* Computer Literate with working experience of SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, O365 would be highly desirable
