Our Client currently has a vacancy for an Administration Team Leader. As a Team Leader you will lead an administrative team to provide technical and administrative support to other teams within the business, with the main purpose to develop and maintain a suite of KPI's to maximise efficiency of the site and also to assist in the planning of stock movements across all locations.

Requirements:

Technical skills: MS Office (principally Outlook, Word, Excel)

Interpersonal skills:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible, proactive and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong team worker

Key tasks:

  • Movement of product internally and from customers
  • Provide guidance on HMRC requirements
  • Transaction and KPI reports
  • Maintain active and accurate stock report including current inventory levels and product availability
  • Residual inventory availability - to include development & generation of report
  • Coordinate conference call requirements with functions involved
  • Provide regular data on R&P stocks and production
  • Short range to long term planning of operations
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required

This is a permanent role with negotiable salary.
