Uses customised software programs and platforms to create electronic archives of regulatory documentation
* Creates 'redline' versions of regulatory texts in MS WORD, and Adobe to support labelling changes.
* Manages data entry across different and external systems
* Administers retrieval of documentation from external archives and coordinates review under archiving and documentation retention policies.
* Co-ordinates document signoff between stakeholders
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
* Excellent attention to detail required
* requires experience with administrative/office policies and procedures.
* Must possess good proofreading and editing skills of technical documents.
* Good knowledge and experience using a number of office software packages, including Adobe
