Currently seeking a temporary Accounts Specialist Administrator for a large corporate energy organisation based in Leatherhead

This is a 3 - 6 month temporary role for an experienced accounts payable administrator with experience working in a large corporate organisation

Duties

* Matching invoices with the PO,

* Dealing with non-payment of supplier invoices,

* Liaising with accounts payable and payment centre for invoice resolution,

* Managing the invoice resolution queue,

* Administering the invoice process to ensure timely payment of invoices,

Requirements

* Demonstrable experience of accounts payable duties from a large organisation

* Pro-active and efficient

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Analytical approach

* Team player

* Excellent IT skills - i.e. SAP or similar - Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel
