The successful Accounts Payable professional will come from the communications/consulting/professional services sector and have demonstrable experience in a global organisation within a group finance function.

Accounts Payable Specialist - Duties/Essential Experience

  • General Ledger - AP invoices, fixed assets and inter-company recharges
  • Multi-currency
  • Processing high volume purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Meet payment terms
  • Query resolution
  • Analysis and validation of expenditure including expenses
  • Process improvement
  • Support wider finance team as required
  • Excellent IT skills - intermediate/advanced MS Excel
  • System preferred - MS Navision - experience is not essential
