International Energy Company near Woking seek an Accounts/Office Administrator.

This role is with a well-established company looking to recruit an Accounts/Office Administrator to join their current finance team of 4.

Responsibilities

  • Updating the database and then processing the payments
  • Processing payments and timesheets
  • Assist with payroll
  • Chasing and processing expenses claims from employees
  • Assist with invoice processing and payments

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication both written and verbal
  • Hard working with the ability to common sense
  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Highly organised and focused
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Prioritise work / manage own time effectively
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team

The working hours are flexible depending on preference Monday to Friday in a small friendly working environment. They are looking for someone who is happy to work within a team of 4. This opportunity would suit someone who is looking return to work on a 3-4 day week dependant on workload and has a flexible and helpful attitude.
