We are seeking an immediately available Accounts, Invoicing and Admin Assistant for a 4 week contract. Westhill based

Duties:
Timesheet Reporting
Invoicing
Any other Ad-hoc duties

Key Skills:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail
Previous invoicing experience desirable but not essential
Familiar with the Oracle ERP system would be beneficial
