We are seeking an Accounts Assistant with experience in accounts payable. Accounts receivable would also be considered.

Immediate start ongoing contract role based in Bridge of Don.
Responsibilities:
To ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Integrated Management System and project specific documentation
To identify personal training needs, bring them to the attention of the department manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities provided
To ensure that all activities are carried out with the highest regard to the health and safety of all involved and to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution
Posts invoices, checks for correct coding, VAT and approvals
Processes expense claims
Processes changes in master data and ensures proper authorization
Handles Accounts Payable (AP) related questions from external suppliers and company entities
Continuously looks for improvements in the AP processes
Assists with month-end close duties and other tasks when necessary
Works according to company FSSC process model

Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate in Bookkeeping
Previous relevant work experience.
Competent in all Microsoft Office applications. Proficient excel skills;
Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines;
