1st Line IT Helpdesk Support

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st Line Support within our Client's ICT Team located on the outskirts of Inverness.

Main duties will include logging tickets on the support application, resetting users passwords and following 1st line helpdesk processes.


  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
  • Call logging experience within a recognised toolset
  • Good knowledge of IT processes and systems
  • Proven experience working in a 1st Line Service Desk or Helpdesk Support role


Relevant qualifications in IT or IT related subjects.

This is a contract position with negotiable rates of pay.
