Orion Group and Talisman Energy Partnership

Orion has been a preferred supplier of Engineering and Technical personnel to Talisman Energy since 2003. In 2008 Orion where awarded a single source management contract to oversee the recruitment and selection of contractors for all Talisman Energy’s UK operational and project developments. Over the past 12 months Orion have provided contractors to Talisman in the UK, Norway, Italy, Holland and Abu Dhabi. For all overseas based contractors Orion are responsible for ensuring that all contractors are tax compliant in the country where the individual is based. This involves liaison with the in country tax authorities to ensure compliance. Orion is responsible for all mobilisation arrangements, apartment leases, medical, repatriation and insurance provisions and work permit / visa administration.

                      

Orion has supported Talisman Energy in the provision of Engineering and Technical personnel through the initial FEED & Conceptual Design stages of the project, through detailed design and construction of the Auk South Redevelopment project.

Orion have supported Talisman Energy in the provision of Engineering and Technical personnel through the construction, commissioning and inspection stages of the YME Development.
