Services we can offer

Orion's mining division are experts in providing mining recruitment. As a result, services we offer include:

  • Provision and management of high quality labour hire/recruitment and pay-rolling services.
  • Management of pre-employment Medical checks and drug screening.
  • Weekly invoicing service covering the previous weeks wages at the agreed labour hire rate. Invoice payment terms are 30 days.
  • Permanent recruitment, sourcing based on a one off fee agreed between Orion and the client.
  • Labour hire rates that are inclusive of statutory on-costs such as workcover, payroll tax, superannuation and PAYG which will be administered by the Orion payroll department thereby providing your company with substantial time and cost savings.
