As a solution to this problem we have a dedicated mining division focused on providing our clients access to our solid CORE database of candidates with a range of backgrounds and experience levels nationwide across the mining sector. We are always improving our awareness of industry needs to ensure that a constant flow of expertise is available. Orion prides itself on excellent client relationships and values feedback from these clients to continually improve our service.

Specialising in both White collar and Blue collar permanent placements and labour hire placements, we can supply and/or source experienced candidates within the following categories:

• Provision and management of high quality labour hire/recruitment and pay-rolling services.
• Management of pre-employment Medical checks and drug screening.
• Weekly invoicing service covering the previous weeks wages at the agreed labour hire rate. Invoice payment terms are 30 days.
• Permanent recruitment, sourcing based on a one off fee agreed between Orion and the client.
• Labour hire rates that are inclusive of statutory on-costs such as workcover, payroll tax, superannuation and PAYG which will be administered by the Orion payroll department thereby providing your company with substantial time and cost savings.
